How do I access and review and / or print my reservations?
Accessing / Viewing Current and Past Reservations:
Current and most past dated itineraries for your account can be viewed at any time in the "My Schedule" section, in your account section. "My Schedule" is accessed via the "Sign In" link located at the top right of our Home page.
If you are not logged on already you will be asked to log-in. For security purposes it is necessary for you to use the same Log-in Name and password entered when making your reservations.
Reservation information will appear in the "My Schedule" area. Other information such as "My Profile” is also located on the “My Account” section.
In the "My Schedule" area just click on the link that describes the reservation you are seeking.
Once you have selected the appropriate reservation, all details of your trip will be displayed.
On each reservation page you also have the opportunity to e-mail a copy of your reservation to a friend or relative. Just click on the link titled "Send to a Friend" found at the bottom of the reservation ("Details") page.
Any changes may be subject to a cancellation fee plus any applicable penalties if your cancellation or change request is made after the cutoff date. This cutoff date depends on each hotel policy, which is listed in the Details final page.
Changes or cancellations made AFTER the check-in date are subject to 100% penalty. Once you have checked into a hotel you cannot cancel or receive credit for unused nights if you check out early. As your hotel was prepaid, any change or cancellation may results in fees from $25.00 up to the full cost of your stay. Any applicable fees will be displayed during the cancellation process. The hotel cancellation policy is listed in the Package details page.
To change or cancel your hotel reservation: follow the steps below:
Click on the “My Schedule” tab on the “My Account” page. You can access “My Account” on the home site by clicking on the “Sign In" link located in the top right corner of the page.
If you are not already logged in, enter your member ID and password. If you do not remember your member ID or password, complete the form to have them emailed to you.
Review the “My Schedule” section, find the package you want, and select it. This will open a page with the trip details.
To change your reservation, you must completely cancel your reservation and make a new reservation.
Lodging can be changed or canceled according to each property's rules and restrictions. Some properties impose penalties, such as one night's stay, if you cancel your reservation within a certain number of days before your scheduled check-in date. Other properties charge a small penalty for changes made any time after a room is booked. The hotel policy is listed in the Package details page.
To cancel a lodging reservation, go to “My Schedule” and open the itinerary that contains the lodging you wish to change or cancel. Cancel thisreservation and review the refund and penalty details. If you have reserved more than one room at a hotel, you may cancel a single room or all rooms. Please do not call the hotel directly to make changes or cancel a prepaid hotel reservation, as their agents will not be able to change or issue refunds for these specially negotiated rates.
Different cancellation and change rules apply to each vacation package. Factors include how many days prior to the departure you are attempting to make the change or cancellation; and which hotel, golf tee times, and/or attractions were included. Most vacation packages cannot be cancelled but can be changed for a $50 change fee, plus all additional supplier fees and penalties.
